"At the Intersection of Health Strategy and Integrative Risk"

Seasoned professionals leading organizational optimization

Rectangle Copy 13.png

Castling Partners was founded by seasoned healthcare professionals to assist clients as they optimize the performance of organizational strategies while effectively managing inherent integrative risk.

Healthcare will remain an industry in consolidation for the foreseeable future. Industry consolidation will result in fewer, larger, more complex organizations extending across geographic regions, state lines and international borders.

At the same time, market disruptors will emerge. Much of their activity will focus on physician and ambulatory services; services with the potential for continuing positive margins even in financially pressured markets.

Leaders of health and healthcare organizations will be challenged to encourage strategies to increasing levels of risk as they pursue required returns on strategic investments.

Individually and collectively, Castling Partners provides a breadth and depth of experience that facilitates buy-in from the board, physicians, and other key stakeholders, resulting in deeper integration with all.
