Elliot Zismer is a healthcare real estate executive with over 15 years of experience spanning development, institutional investment, and healthcare operations. His career uniquely integrates three perspectives that inform his approach to healthcare real estate: extensive development experience leading projects from site selection and entitlements through construction and stabilization for medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, and multi-specialty healthcare facilities; institutional investment discipline developed while managing a $1.5 billion portfolio at Healthcare REIT (now Welltower); and deep operational immersion working directly with physicians, surgery centers, and health systems on practice management, clinical strategy, and facility planning at Associated Physician Partners and Castling Partners.

Elliot holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Denver in Real Estate Development and Construction Management and an MBA with an international focus.
